• Please respect your neighbors. Quiet Hours are Sun-thurs 10pm-8am and Fri-Sat 12am-8am
• Check out is at 11am
• This is a smoke free hotel. Absolutely no smoking or vaping. A $250 room recovery fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms.
• You are welcome to consume outside alcoholic beverages in your room, but they cannot be brought into the hallways, market, or event spaces.
• No parties - no excessive guests or noise during quiet hours.
• No pets allowed (we know, we’re sad about it too)
• Have friggin’ fun! - yes, this is a rule too and will be strictly enforced
