Here are answers to some of the ones we get the most.
Q: What is included in the price of my stay?
A: Your booking cost includes your custom designed beer-themed hotel room, a free 6oz beer taster at Drekker’s Brewhalla bar when you check in, and complimentary coffee from our homies at Thunder Coffee on the 3rd floor hotel lounge each morning. It also includes endless good times, tons of fun, and a lifetime of memories.
Q: Where is the front desk?
A: The Brewhalla Hotel’s front desk is the first floor bar. Brewhalla is not staffed 24 hours a day, our front desk is open from 8am-10pm daily. We are not a 24 hour hotel, so be sure to get what you need between 8am and 10pm.
Q: What time can I check in?
A: Check in begins at 3pm and ends at 10pm. You can check in online or at the bar where you will receive a complimentary 6 ounce taster of Drekker’s super fun beers! If you need to check in after 10pm, please shoot us an email for further instructions. The front desk closes at 10pm so don’t forget.
Q: Will I get a room key?
A: After you check in, you’ll get an email with a pin code. That code is your key to access not only the front door but the elevator and your room. So it’ll give you access to all the areas you’re supposed to be, but only those areas.
Q: How does housekeeping work?
A: We will have your room all ready for you, and then we’ll just leave you be for the duration of your stay. Our staff are available and happy to assist you from 8am – 10pm daily with any questions or needs you might have.
Q: Does Brewhalla need a deposit or a payment in advance?
A: At Brewhalla, we only accept payment in advance.
Q: Does Brewhalla have parking?
A: We sure do! Brewhalla has a large parking lot out front and we also offer underground parking as an add-on when you check in.
Q: What do I do if I need more towels? Or if I forgot my toothbrush?
A: Your room is stocked with plenty of towels for your stay and if you need more just contact our front desk or visit the Drekker bar between 8am and 10pm daily. You can also check out all the killer eco-friendly toiletries available at Red River Refillery right in the Brewhalla Market. Make sure you are all set before 10pm when our staff turn into pumpkins and won’t return to human form until 8am the following day.
Q: Can I cancel my reservation?
A: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date will not incur any charges. For cancellations made 2 – 7 days prior to arrival date and time (3pm), the first night’s stay will be charged. For cancellations made within 48 hours of your check in date and time (3pm), no refunds will be given.
We are happy to assist with rescheduling. Rescheduled reservations are not eligible for refunds and may incur cancellation charges per the Brewhalla cancelation policy. Any reservation that is rescheduled will no longer be eligible for any refunds if canceled at a later date.
Q: What do I do if I have an emergency?
A: The Brewhalla Hotel is not staffed between 10pm and 8am.
For emergencies:
Medical/Fire/Safety – call 911
Emergencies handled by the Brewhalla Team: lockouts, no water, water flood in room, no AC with outside temps over 85 degrees, no heat with outside temps below 55 degrees. Please call 701-929-5655, leave a detailed message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
A: Nope. As we’re a small hotel we aren’t able to have dedicated pet-friendly rooms and also maintain pet-free rooms for individuals with allergies or other factors.
A Warning About Locomotive Sounds
If you’re a good listener, you’ll probably notice the trains trekkin’ by Brewhalla while you’re here. You might even hear them if you’re not a good listener. While some folks might be comforted by the semi-not-gentle CHOO CHOO of the whistles and the beat of the wheelsets marching across the tracks, we also understand that not everyone shares that sentiment. We do our best to ensure a good collection of ZZzzZ’s for all by providing ear plugs and sound machines, and we are happy to accommodate room requests on the north side of the hotel when capacity allows. We’ve also sought out the coziest, comfiest mattress and pillow combo and topped it off with a duvet that is guaranteed to make you feel like a fresh butterfly emerging from its cocoon when you awaken.
