What are the capacities of the venues?
• The Odditorium max capacity is 260 seated guests
• The Magic Factory max capacity is 360 seated guests
Are the venues wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Both The Odditorium and The Magic Factory are fully ADA accessible with dedicated parking spots near the front of the venue.
Where can I park for my event?
Brewhalla has a large above ground parking lot, and your guests are welcome to park in the Drekker parking lot, too. If you have a hotel room, we also offer limited underground parking.
How do we reserve a date?
To keep the booking process as fair as possible, we do not grant date holds. A signed contract and submission of a $1,000 damage deposit are required to reserve a date for both The Odditorium and The Magic Factory.
What is included in a rental?
Your rental includes full use/access of the space(s) for your contracted hours which includes setup of tables and chairs. Our event team loves to help plan your perfect day by offering layout planning and execution, unlimited consultations leading up to your wedding day, and on-site venue coordination day-of. On your big day, our team will handle the setup and teardown of all venue-related items.
What caterers are we allowed to use?
Chef’s Table is Brewhalla’s exclusive catering partner. Their Brewhalla menu is delicious and full of variety. Chef’s Table and Brewhalla market vendors are the exclusive entree caterers. Desserts, social hour snacks, and/or late night snacks are available through Chef’s Table, the Brewhalla market vendors, or can be sourced from an alternative licensed vendor approved by Brewhalla.
Do we need to provide plates, napkins, and silverware?
Chef’s Table will provide linen napkins, ceramic plates, and metal silverware for all guests during the main meal. If you are utilizing an alternative vendor for your suite food, appetizers, desserts, or snacks, please provide the serving ware needed for those items.
Are we allowed to bring food into the suites while getting ready?
Yes! Renters are permitted to bring in food of their choosing and non-alcoholic beverages while getting ready, but they must be from a licensed food vendor. No outside alcohol is permitted. You can enjoy alcohol in your suites by purchasing items from Drekker, The Boiler Room, or Mangata.
How does Brewhalla’s bar work?
All Brewhalla events packages include Drekker bar service and staffing, with no minimums! A full liquor and wine bar, run by the Boiler Room, is also available in the space. They do have a low bar minimum. If you choose to provide complimentary drinks to guests, a variety of attractive and cost-effective hosting options are available. Brewhalla has a bar window into both The Odditorium and The Magic Factory, and The Boiler Room will set up their bar inside the space. We love this because it helps to break up long lines for drinks. Everyone gets what they want in a timely manner so that they can rejoin the party faster!
**All alcohol consumed on Brewhalla’s property must be purchased from one of the Brewhalla bars (Drekker Bar, The Boiler Room bar, or Mangata Wine Bar)!
What are the nearest hotel and lodging accommodations?
Brewhalla has a boutique 40 room hotel with a variety of rooms and block options on our 3rd and 4th floors. We do offer room blocks and group discounts for those who have upcoming weddings booked with us.
Do you provide a shuttle?
No, because our hotel is on-site, we do not offer a shuttle. Everything you need for your guests safety and convenience is within our walls.
Can we bring in whatever vendors we’d like for decorating?
Yes! Renters are welcome to utilize any vendor of their choice for decor or floral elements. Both the Odditorium and Magic Factory have simple, industrial looks that lend themselves to both elaborate maximalist or clean minimalist tastes. Set up and tear down of all decor is the responsibility of the clients and/or hired vendors.
**Decor Restrictions: No nails, staples, tape, or tacks may be used when decorating. No confetti, glitter, rice, bird seed, pyrotechnics, or fog machines will be allowed.
**Zip ties, magnets, command strips/hooks, or fishing wire may be used for decorations.
When can vendors arrive to set up?
Vendors are welcome to arrive at the venue at the start of the contracted time for your event.
Does Brewhalla provide linens for the tables?
Brewhalla has beautiful long, wooden tables. These natural tables are included in all rental packages, and are charming on their own. For this reason, we do not provide linens for the tables. We do provide black spandex linen for cocktail cocktail tables should you choose to utilize them.
Can we choose the layout of the tables and chairs?
Yes! The Brewhalla Team loves to help all our clients create a fully custom layout specifically for their big day. Our team will draw an event mockup for you to help your planning journey!
Will Event staff be involved in the setup and tear down? What are the responsibilities of the venue and Event Staff?
Our Event Team will be on site all day to prepare the building and execute all venue-related tasks. They are responsible for tasks such as setting up and breaking down the tables and chairs according to the floor plan, ensuring the cleanliness of the venue, and answering any venue-related questions you and your vendors have throughout the day. They will not be involved in decor set up or tear down.
Does Brewhalla require events to hire security or have its own security?
Brewhalla does not offer security, and it is not required at Brewhalla weddings. However, the renting client must obtain Event Liability Insurance. You’re welcome to use your current insurance provided or any cost-effective options you might find. If there ever is an incident that requires security, our event team will handle those situations with the utmost discretion and swiftness.
